Return and Exchange Policy

Order Information Change

If you change your order information (such as size, image, design, pattern) within 24 hours after the purchase, it will be free;

If you change your order information (such as size, image, design, pattern) 24 hours after the purchase, there will be an extra 25% charge. Since each of our products is one-of-a-kind and customized for you, please double check your order before placing it.
The shipping address can be changed for free before shipping, but not after shipping.

Damaged/Misprinted Items
If your product is defective or flawed, we will reprint and redeliver it to you free of charge. Please kindly indicate the problem and provide us with your order number and the picture of the item you received by email.

If the wrong size, color or image of the product is ordered on your side, please email us and we can help to correct it before it's shipped. If the wrong item that you ordered has been shipped, Customfaceshirt will not assume the responsibility of the exchange of the item.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund. Please email us (customfaceshirt@outlook.com) with your order number and we’ll accept your request.
Since each of our products is one-of-a-kind and customized just for you, a 25% customization fee of each item will be included after 24 hours of the purchase and it is non-refundable.

Refund/Return
We offer refunds/Return within 30 days of receiving your order. If our product is defective or flawed, or you are not satisfied with the item, please kindly indicate the problem and provide us with your order number and the picture of the item you received by email. Once our team approves your return, please re-package the products and ship them to:

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns. Customfaceshirt cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 10-15 business days.

No refund is allowed 30 days after the purchase.
