Return and Exchange Policy

Order Information Change

If your order has entered the production process, but you need to change the order information (such as size, picture, design, pattern), we will charge you 25% of the order price of this product. Since each of our products is one-of-a-kind and made just for you, please double check your order info before order.If you have any questions,please send us an email (Contact customfaceshirt@outlook.com)

The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our factory!

DAMAGED & MISPRINTED

If the product arrives defective, we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email (Contact customfaceshirt@outlook.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color or image is selected and sent out to you, Customfaceshirt is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.

EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS

Once you place an order, your order will immediately enter the design stage. If you request cancellation within 0-8 hours, the customer shall bear the transaction fee. If you request to cancel within 8-24 hours, the customer needs to bear the design fee + transaction fee. If you place an order for more than 24 hours and request cancellation, the customer needs to bear the design cost + material cost (confirm whether it enters the production link) + transaction fee.
Note that:
1) Design fee: $2 per order.
2) Material cost: 25% of the original value of the product.
3) Transaction costs:
Partial refund: the refund amount*4.4%.
Full refund: the refund amount*4.4%+$0.3. (The refund amount refers to the amount of the entire order)

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.

     - European Union: Products (excluding made-to-Customized items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

     - United States and rest of the world:Products (excluding made-to-Customized items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Lost packages

Customefaceshirt cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. If your package appears to be lost in transit, our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates. Please be patient for at least 14 days.


How to Make a Return

Step1: Request a return
Submit a return request by contacting our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. Please attach the explanations and photographs stating the reason for your return. In the case of size deviation, please note the difference between the actual ordered size and the size of the received item, which will save us processing time and speed up your refund. We reserve the right to not accept the return without prior approval from our Customer Service.

Step2: Pack up & Send off your items
Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address and a Product Return Form, which must be completed and included in your returned package. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 working days upon receiving the return form.

- Please only use the normal economic Post Office Service. (UPS returns are only available within the U.S.)

- Please record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress. Customfaceshirt is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Step3: Refund processing
All of the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund within 3-5 working days after confirming that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payments will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

Please Note: We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition. All returns must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and salable with original tags and packaging. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.
