Customized Products:
Due to the nature of our products being custom-made apparel and accessories with prints, we do not accept returns after purchase.

Cancellation Policy:
You may change your mind and cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.

Issues with Order:
If you encounter any dissatisfaction, printing issues, color discrepancies, quality problems, or damages occurred during transit caused by third-party mishandling, please notify our customer service within one week of receiving your order. You can provide images for verification. We will either issue a full refund of 100% or offer to remake and resend your order at no extra cost. Please note that any claims made after seven days of receiving the order will not be entertained.

Exceptions:
Any losses incurred due to incorrect address, size, style, or color selection are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure to double-check your order details before confirming. Changes to orders can be made within 48 hours prior to shipment without any additional charges. Beyond this timeframe, a new order will need to be placed, and the original order will be canceled with a deduction of 24% of the order amount before refund issuance.
