Customized Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made apparel and accessories with prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after production has commenced will not be eligible for a full refund.
Please verify all order details before finalizing. Modifications can be made within 48 hours of purchase at no charge. Later changes require order cancellation with a 24% restocking fee.
Order Issues:
If you experience any of the following within 7 days of delivery:
Printing defects
Color inaccuracies
Product quality issues
Shipping damage (caused by third-party carriers)
Please contact our customer service team with photo evidence. We will offer either:
1. 100% full refund
2. Free remake and reshipment
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
Exceptions:
We cannot accept responsibility for:
Incorrect shipping addresses
Size/style/color selection errors
Customer preference changes
Other reasons due to the buyer's responsibility
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 additional business days for funds to reflect in your account.
